CORAM : S.C.GUPTE, J.

DATE : 25 JUNE 2018 P.C. :

.

After the matter is heard at some length, learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press the present petition. Learned Counsel, however, submits that if there be any case for deputation of the Respondent afresh on exigencies of work at the sister concern of the Petitioner arising in future, the observations made in the impugned order ought not to come in the way of such deputation, if any.

The petition is dismissed as not pressed. It is clarified that in case any exigency of work appears in future and if the Respondent is sought to be deputed as a result of such exigency, nothing stated in the impugned order shall come in the way of the Petitioner in doing so. All rights and contentions of the parties on merit in this behalf are kept open. (S.C. GUPTE, J.)
