This petition can be disposed off by issuing directions to respondent No.1 to dispose of the revision application tendered by the petitioner on 17.11.2018 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from today in accordance with law after extending an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties interested in the matter and it is - Page-1/2

The petitioner and respondent No.4 shall cause their appearance before the Hon'ble Minister on 20.2.2019 and as such no separate notice requiring their presence before the Hon'ble Minister shall be necessary. In the mean while, the petitioner shall also serve notice on respondent No.3 Kaveri Nagar Nirvana CHSL through its Chairman/Secretary informing the date of appearance prescribed before the Hon'ble Minister and shall file acknowledgment /receipt on record of the revision application before the Hon'ble Minister. In the mean while, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. In view of the directions as above, writ petition is disposed off.
