In this appeal of the year 2015, the appellant could not serve the contesting respondent. On 28th February 2018, as a last chance, four weeks time was granted to the appellant to furnish fresh and correct address of unserved respondent. The Registry has reported that the said order is not complied and fresh and correct address of the unserved respondent is not furnished. Today, when the appeal is called out for final hearing, none appeared for the appellant. In this view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
