This Civil Application is for stay of the operation and implementation of the order dated 26.12.2003 passed by 8th Labour Court, Mumbai and order dated 20.11.2008 passed by Industrial Court, Maharashtra at Mumbai in Revision Application (ULP) No.173 of 2006. In view of the order passed in main Writ Petition, nothing survives in the Civil Application. Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous.
