DATE: 30 MARCH 2015 P.C. :- 1] This matter was called out on 26 March 2015. As none appeared for the petitioners, the matter was placed today for dismissal.

2] Even today when the matter is called out at 12.20 p.m. none appears for the petitioners, though the respondent no. 3 is represented by Advocate Mr. Tajane.

3] In the impugned order, the learned Court has merely permitted the impleadment of the respondent no. 3 as a defendant, on the ground that any decision in the suit would affect the interests of the said respondent. In this view of the matter, there does not appear to be any jurisdictional error as such involved. 4] In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
