Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

It is submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First-Class, Pune. 3.

In short, it is alleged that the applicants are parents-in-laws of the deceased who had committed suicide within two years of her marriage on the ground of demand of dowry and subjected the deceased to cruelty.

This court by an order dated 18th February, 2022 has granted interim protection to the applicants, inter alia, directing them to surrender their mobile phones and co-operate with the Investigating Agency.

Learned A.P.P submits that custodial interrogation of the applicants is not required. As such, the application is allowed; [a] In the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.31 of 2022 registered with Kothrud, Pune City, applicants be released on bail on furnishing a P.R bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount; (b) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required.
