The appellant has filed this appeal seeking enhancement of compensation granted by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal. After passing of award, the Insurance Company has deposited amount of compensation before the Tribunal. The Insurance Company has not filed any appeal challenging the amount of compensation.

The applicants have, therefore, made out a case for withdrawal of compensation.

The Interim Application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
