P.C. :
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that the Petitioners have filed Appeals before the Additional Collector, S.R.A. i.e. Appellate Authority challenging the impugned order, which are subject matter of present Petition. They have also filed application seeking stay to impugned order. Since the appellate Authority was not available in the office, the appeals could not be placed for consideration. Since the Petitioners have invoked the alternate remedy available under law, the Petitions deserve to be disposed off as dismissed. Interim order operating, is extended till 20.02.2019 to enable the Petitioners to approach the concern Authority for grant of interim protection. It is made clear that no further request for extension of interim protection would be entertained.
The Petitions stand disposed of in above terms. (V.L. ACHLIYA, J.) Waghmare 2/2
