This misc.civil application seeks transfer of Suit No.104240/2011 (earlier High Court Suit No.2146/2011) from the City Civil Court at Bombay to this court. Admittedly, there are various proceedings by way of suits / petitions pending before this court as between the same parties and which relate to the same suit property as forms part of the City Civil Court suit which is sought to be transferred. None of the parties has any objection to transfer of the suit as prayed for. For the reasons stated in the misc.civil application, Suit No.104240/2011 is transferred from the City Civil Court at Bombay to this court, to be heard along with Suit No.476/2013. The misc.civil application is disposed of accordingly. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
