There is a consensus amongst the learned counsel for the respective parties that, the words appearing in the amended plaint namely "New Village Mulshi Khurd" needs to be deleted from the record as the same were never required to be added and was never prayed by the petitioner in his application for amendment and the same has been inadvertently incorporated in the plaint.

Mr. Soni, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 on further instructions submitted that, the Respondents/Plaintiffs will delete those words from the record of the Trial Court. The said amendment be carried out within a period of 3 weeks from today.

As the Special Civil Suit No.2472 of 2000, pending on the file of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune, was instituted in the year 1996 and is pending of more than 20 years for final adjudication. The learned Judge seized of Special Civil Suit No.2472 of 2000 is hereby directed to expedite the said suit and make an endeavour to dispose off the same within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of this order.
