Heard learned counsel for parties.
Mr Salunkhe, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of paragraph 5 of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the State dated 2nd July, 2018, he is not pressing the present Writ Petition. Paragraph 5 reads thus:
"(5) I say that the Competent Authority has not passed any effective order for payment or referring the matter to the Court as the suit is already pending. I say that compensation amount will be disbursed after ownership issue will be decided by the Civil Court."

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as not pressed. No order as to costs.
