This Petition is disposed passing this order, by consent. (a) Respondents 1 and 2 shall address a letter before 03:00 p.m. RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER today to Axis Bank, Chembur Branch that only an amount of RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date: 2023.03.10 14:19:33 +0530 Rs.50,000/- should be attached from the savings account No.063010100128933 - Customer ID 063017381 per month. The undertaking of Respondents 1 and 2 not to attach the

Rajeshri Aher 2/2 906 wp 2124 of 2023.doc balance amount of salary of Petitioner over and above this amount of Rs.50,000/- is accepted.

It is clarified for better understanding that the amount lying to the credit of Petitioner, as mentioned in the statement issued by Axis bank for the period from 1st March 2022 to 4th February 2023 is unattached and no amount in access of Rs.50,000/- per month will be attached.

At the same time, we also clarify that it does not prevent Respondents 1 and 2 to take such further steps to recover the amount from the Petitioner.
