This is an application for condonation of delay in filing revision petition challenging the order passed by the Family Court, Pune on an application under Section 127 of the Cr.P.C. Heard both sides. The learned Advocate for the revision petitioner argued that initially an appeal came to be filed before this Court challenging the order which is sought to be impugned in the revision petition. Considering the stated reasons, the applicant has made out 'sufficient cause' in not filing the revision petition within limitation and, therefore, the following order: (1) Application is allowed. Delay in filing revision petition is condoned.
