At the outset, Mr. Bhushan Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that he has instructions to seek temporary bail for 7 days as the Applicant's brother is getting married tomorrow i.e. on 15th February 2024. He states that he is restricting this Application only for temporary bail for the aforesaid purpose. He therefore, states that he is not arguing the Criminal Bail Application on merits and he will file a fresh Bail Application seeking bail on merits. He states that the brother of the Applicant is getting married tomorrow i.e. on 15th February 2024 and further states that he is seeking only temporary bail for one week.

Ms. Kak, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State states that the Investigating Officer has verified that the Applicant' s brother's wedding is scheduled for tomorrow i.e. on 15th February 2024.

Accordingly, the Applicant can be enlarged on temporary bail for a duration of 8 days by imposing conditions. 4.

In view thereof, the following order:-

O R D E R

(a) The Applicant- Ansar @ Pavej Raja Ansari be released on bail in connection with C. R. No.265 of 2023 registered with the Yeola City Police Station, TalukaYeola, District-Nashik Rural on his furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(b) The Applicant shall surrender to the Nashik Central Prison on or before 23rd February 2024.

(c) On being released on bail, the Applicant shall furnish his cell phone number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep the same updated, in case of any change thereto.

(d) The Applicant shall report to the Yeola City Police Station, Taluka-Yeola, District-Nashik Rural once in two days between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. until 23rd February 2024 i.e. the date of surrender.

(e) The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade such a person from disclosing the facts to the Court or to any Police personnel.

(f) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and shall not contact or influence the Complainant or any witnesses in any manner.

(g) The Applicant shall surrender his passport, if any, to

the Investigating Officer.

The Bail Application is disposed of accordingly. 6.
