This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the Judgment and dated 10.09.2013 passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP No. 561 of 2009.

As per the order passed by this Court on 16.09.2014, the appellant/applicant has deposited the entire decretal amount of the award before the MACT, Pune within the stipulated period of eight weeks. Hence, the ad interim relief, granted in terms of prayer clause (a), is made absolute till the disposal of the appeal.
