The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have entered into consent terms. Learned Counsel have tendered the Consent Terms entered into between the petitioner and the respondents. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked `X' for identification. 2.

Both the petitioner and the respondents are present in Court. and have identified their signatures as it appears on the said Consent Terms.

In view of the consent terms, the District Court to decide the pending Miscellaneous Appeal, on its own merits, within a period of 8 weeks from today.

Petition is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 6.
