By this civil application, applicant/Company is seeking condontation of 67 days delay in filing first appeal challenging judgment and Order dated 28.12.2016, passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Thane in Claim Petition no.653/2014. 4.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for applicant and averments made in application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for following order. a)Delay in filing first appeal is condoned.

b)Applicant to remove all office objections in Chitra Sonawane 1

First appeal (stamp)17564/2017, on or before 6.7.2019 failing which, first appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

c) If all office objections are removed first appeal to appear on board on 12.7.2019 for admission.

d) Civil application stands disposed of.
