1] This is an application for cancellation of pre-arrrest bail granted to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumabi by its Order dated 25.1.2019.

2] The learned APP submitted that, the police have completed investigation and submitted chargesheet. In view of decision of this Court in the case of Ms. Priyanka Pakvasa Vs. Mr. Sameer Pakvasa & Anr. in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1785 of 2014 dated 25th January 2016, the aforesaid application for cancellation of pre-arrrest bail after filing of chargesheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
