The petitioner is challenged the order passed by the SDO against which the petitioner has already availed remedy of revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. 2.

Since, the petitioner has already availed the remedy under Section 257 of the Code. It is not necessary to entertain the writ petition.
