Learned APP has stated that upon advice of the Advisory Board, Government of Maharashtra has revoked the detention order issued against the detenue Vishal M. Madan. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the matter. The Petition is disposed. Since the detention order is revoked, the detenue Vishal M.
