Time to make payment by the Petitioner is already extended by the Respondent-CIDCO. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondent-CIDCO, the Petitioner is permitted to make part payment of Rs.5 crores to Respondent-CIDCO within four days from today. Since time is already extended by Respondent-CIDCO, nothing survives for consideration in the Petition.
