On perusal of the order passed by the Special Judge (MCOCA, Thane) on 28/06/2021. I am not inclined to show any indulgence.

The counsel for the applicant, however state, that the reason for his non-attendance has not clearly come on record, and in fact, since he was arrested in some other C.R. registered in Uttar Pradesh. However, this reason is not set out in the application and application filed by Exhibit 213, which was rejected.
