Heard Mr. Bhushan Walimbe, learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that instead of filing Petition by two petitioners, inadvertently and wrongly the Petition is filed only by one petitioner. He, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file petition on behalf of two petitioners.

On the Motion made by Mr Walimbe, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
