By order dated 14.2.2017, this Petition was disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file application/s for recalling the orders dated 21.1.2017, 25.1.2017, 30.1.2017, 3.2.2017 as also 4.2.2017. Mr. Dandekar states that in pursuance of that order, the petitioner has filed application for recalling these orders on 15.2.2017. The learned trial Judge has ordered hearing of that application on 17.2.2017 when the suit is posted for delivery of the judgment. He submitted that in case the application is rejected, sufficient time may be given

In view thereof, the learned trial Judge is directed to first dispose of the application filed by the petitioner for recalling the orders dated 21.1.2017, 25.1.2017, 30.1.2017, 3.2.2017 as also 4.2.2017. The learned trial Judge will give 15 days' time to either of the parties to challenge the order, if so advised, and adjourn the hearing of the suit for a period of two weeks. The learned trial Judge will not deliver judgment on 17.2.2017. Order accordingly.
