Petitioner, who is appearing in person, submits that she has settled the dispute with the Bank and she has paid the entire amount which is due and payable to the Bank. 3.

Petitioner is a flat purchaser who had purchased the flat and was not aware that the seller had taken loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank. After certain orders were passed by DRT, Petitioner filed this Petition. Thereafter, parties have

2/2 WP/1899/15 settled the dispute. The Bank, however, has not returned the original documents and has asked the Petitioner to first withdraw the Petition. Petitioner therefore prays for withdrawal of the Petition.

Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Since the Petition has been withdrawn, the Bank shall return the original title deeds and other documents to the Petitioner and also give her No Due Certificate.
