By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking condonation of 92 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 23.07.2015 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Nashik in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.593 of 2013.

Hence, following order :- a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :- "(a) That the delay of 92 days in filing the present appeal be condoned."

b) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

c) No order as to costs.
