This is an Application under section 439 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicant who is arrested in C.R.No.414/2021 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard Ms. Shradha Sawant, learned counsel for the Applicant. She states that the matter has been settled amicably. She seeks leave to implead the first informant as party Respondent No.2. Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Ms. Damini Joshi, learned counsel waives service on behalf of Respondent No.2 - complainant.

The records reveal that the Applicant had purchased two lorries which were financed by Shriram Transport Company. The Applicant sold the lorries without the consent of the Respondent No.2. Hence, FIR came to be lodged. Learned counsel for the Applicant and Respondents state that parties have already settled the dispute. They have placed on record copy of the consent terms. It is also stated that the Petition for quashing of the FIR is already filed. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the Applicant is ordered to be released on bail on the following terms and conditions :- (i) The Applicant who is arrested in C.R.No.414/2021 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai is ordered to be released on cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) for a period of four weeks ; (ii) The Applicant shall within the said four weeks, furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount ; 5.
