5.caw.592.17 In view of the fair stand taken by the learned advocate appearing for the heirs of Original Respondent No.1, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (e).

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served on all the Respondents within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
