The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the relief claimed in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads as under:

"(b) That by an appropriate writ, order or direction, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to hold an inquiry against the Respondent No. 2 for having failed to take any action of recovery of an amount of Rs.20,56,910/- imposed upon the 1 / 2

WP 2974 - 14 Respondent No. 1 pursuant to order dated 30.11.2010, passed in Remand Appeal No. 17/Khani /SR -15/2010." has become infructuous, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue & Forest dated 10th March, 2016. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as such.
