By the present Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking recall of order dated 21st October, 2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

By the said order, the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) granted two weeks time to remove office objections, failing which, the registration of the Second Appeal alongwith all the Interim Application(s) filed in the Second Appeal was directed to be refused.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that, the Second Appeal is not yet admitted.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 6.

The Applicant to remove office objections within a period of twelve weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
