The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioner has efficacious alternate remedy for redressal of his grievance raised in the instant petition.

None appears for the petitioner. The petitioner is objecting to the action of disconnection of the electricity supply in the year 2015 by the respondents. The Petitioner has suffered the action since last three years. Today also, none appears for the petitioner. In the circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the remedies as may be available in law, if so desire.
