The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the evidence in C.R. No. 430 of 2014 (Sessions Case No. 87 of 2015) and in other cross case is over. Now, the matter is fixed for recording the evidence of the Investigating Officer.

This is second Bail Application. I am of the view that no ground is made out to entertain this second Bail Application, as the trial Court has nearly completed the recording of the evidence in both the 1 / 2

Trupti 901-ba-431-18.doc cases. The trial Court to hear both the matters and conclude it preferably on or before 15th June, 2018.

With this, Bail Application is disposed of.
