By this Application, the Applicants pray for amendment of Appeal Memo to substitute the "Pimpri Chinchwad New Town Development Authority" by the "Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority" in view of the Notification dated 7th June, 2021, issued by the Urban Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai.

The copy of the said Notification is tendered on record. 4.

By the said Notification, the State Government has directed merger of the "Pimpri Chinchwad New Town Development Authority" with the "Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority".

In view of the said Notification, Applicants are permitted to amend First Appeal accordingly within the period of two weeks. 6.

After amending the Appeal Memo, copy of the said amended Appeal be furnished to the learned Counsel for the Respondents.

Application stands disposed off in the aforesaid terms. 8.

By an Order dated 14th September, 2022, this Court had already listed the Appeal on final hearing Board. List the Appeal in the week commencing from 24th April, 2023, for fixing the date of final hearing.
