At the outset, learned APP states that five witnesses have been examined till date. In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application at this stage and requests that the trial be expedited.

The Application is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn. However, since the trial has commenced, learned trial Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
