By the order dated 10th April 2014, this Court directed the Family Court at Pune to record findings on all additional issues. In terms of the order of this Court, the parties appeared before the Family Court. There was a settlement between the parties and accordingly, the Petition No.A-481 of 2005 was converted by the learned Judge of the Family Court by consent of the parties into a Petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. By the judgment and decree dated 27th August 2014,

ash fca-71.07 the decree of divorce under Section 13B of the said Act of 1955 has been passed. The decree is also passed in terms of the consent terms marked as Exhibit-91. The Family Court has recorded that all subsisting issues between the parties have been completely settled.

In view of the said judgment and decree dated 27th August 2014, nothing survives in this Family Court Appeal. As all the disputes between the parties are settled, nothing survives in the Criminal Application. Accordingly, the Appeal is disposed of. Criminal Application is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
