This Court as per the order dated 28th August, 2019 passed in Bail Application No. 1241 of 2019 has granted bail to the Applicant. The Applicant was directed to inform his latest place of residence.

When the Applicant went before the trial Court to furnish surety, as per the impugned order dated 13th December, 2019, it was not accepted as the Applicant has not furnished his address to the Police.

This matter is coming for the first time. Let learned APP to check what is the status of the Case No.640 of 2018 including whether the Applicant is behind bar or released on by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date:
