P.C.:- This is an Application to amend the cause title of Civil Revision Application No.43 of 2019.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, the Vijaya Bank has now been merged with Bank of Baroda and therefore it is necessary to amend the cause title of Civil Revision Application, wherein the Applicant was Vijaya Bank.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
