Learned Counsel for the Applicant / Original Respondent prays that the amount of Rs.1,56,000/- deposited in the Registry of this Court in terms of the order dated 05/02/2018 may be transferred in favour of the Applicant - Original Respondent. It is further stated URS 1 of 2

2 17-CAM 54-19 in FCA 84-16.odt that the Applicant - Original Respondent is maintaining a bank account in her maiden name as Aarti Surendra Gaikwad with Union Bank of India, Somwar Peth Pune Branch, bearing Savings A/c. No.410702010405384.

It is therefore directed that the Registry shall transmit the total amount in deposit to the said account.

Learned Counsel for the Original Appellant states, on instructions, that his client shall remit outstanding as well as future maintenance amount in favour of the Applicant - Original Respondent in the same name as noted hereinabove and in the said bank account. This direction be complied with within four (4) weeks. 4.
