Despite last chance, orders dated 21st November, 2018 and 12th April, 2019 are not complied with.

The complaint was initiated in 2011 under the provisions of Negotiable Instruments Act. Since the year 2011, till date of decision, no evidence was placed on record. As a consequence, the complaint came to be dismissed resulting in acquittal of the accused. 3.

Before this Court also, the complainant-applicant has not taken steps. The application is pending since the year 2014.

In view of above observations, the application stands dismissed.
