This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and for extending the provisional cash bail facility granted to the applicant.

The applicant was granted bail vide Order dated 14th December 2020 with permission to furnish cash bail security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of six weeks in lieu of surety. 3.

It is submitted that process of arranging surety is in progress and it would take some time. Hence, the cash bail security granted by this Court be extended by period of twelve weeks. Manjusha

Sufficient time was granted to the applicant to furnish surety but considering the fact that, the applicant is in the process of furnishing surety. Time can be extended.

ORDER

(i) The facility of cash bail security granted by this Court vide Order dated 14th December 2020, to enable the applicant to furnish security, is extended by period of eight weeks.

(ii) The Interim Application No.599 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
