Heard. The following corrections are to be carried out :

(ii) The following paragraph is to be added after paragraph No.5: "6. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3/ original claimants are allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation, if any, deposited by the appellant/ insurance company after making necessary application to the tribunal". 4.

In view of above, Civil Application does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of.

The original order dated 27th March, 2019 be corrected/ modified accordingly.
