The Applicant, apprehending arrest, in connection with the investigation of Crime No.606 of 2021 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, under Section 420, 409 and 425 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code is seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

The aforesaid crime is registered on the basis of the complaint lodged by Mujahid Nazir Ahmad Shaikh. The Applicant claims to be an agent of Gruha Finance Limited. The Complainant had obtained a home loan of Rs.10 lakhs from the said company. In this case the co-accused Manish Dantkale who is agent of the said company has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.3007 of 2021 by order dated 20 December 2021. It is N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

14-aba-443-2022 pointed out that the Applicant Manish Dantkale is similarly situated as he was also acting as an agent in the said company. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not dispute that the role attributed to the Applicant is similar to Manish Dantkale and therefore parity would apply. 4.

In such circumstances, for the reasons mentioned in the order dated 20 December 2021, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest of the Applicant in C.R. No.606 of 2021 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur City for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 425 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the Applicant be enlarged on bail on his furnishing PR and SB in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two surety/sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Friday in between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. for a period of three months.

(iv) The Application stands disposed of accordingly. C.V. BHADANG, J.
