In the affidavit in reply at paragraph Nos.2 and 3, the Respondents have expressed their opinion with regard to maintainability of the Writ Petition and how the Petitioners should proceed if they are aggrieved by the determination of compensation

Without expressing any opinion on merits or the opinion expressed by the Respondent-authority, we dispose of the Writ Petition reserving liberty to the Petitioners to approach the concerned Authority, seeking enhancement of compensation strictly adhering to the procedure contemplated.
