The consent terms are duly endorsed by the respective counsels thereby identifying the identity of the signatory to the consent terms. The said consent terms dated 04/08/2022 jointly tendered by learned counsels is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

It is clear that the parties hereto are agreed in terms of paragraph no. 3, clause 3(i) to 3(iv) of the consent terms. 5.

The parties are undertaking to act in accordance with the said consent terms and joint request is made for disposal of both the Civil Revision Applications in terms of the consent terms. 6.
