The learned APP on instructions of Police Inspector Shri Sunil Ghuge of Chitalsar Police Station states that the investigation is in the final stages and that an appropriate report would be filed in the concerned Court within three weeks from date. In view thereof, it is not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. It would be contingent upon the report that would be filed by the Investigating Officer, that the Petitioners would have to thereafter seek appropriate recourse in law. With the observations as aforesaid, the above Writ Petition to stand disposed of.
