The Applicant had earlier preferred Anticipatory Bail Application No.118 of 2024. On 19/01/2024, the following order was passed :

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

It is made clear that this withdrawal shall not come in the way to the applicant to pursue his remedy for regular bail, after he is arrested and after he files application for regular bail before a competent Court.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such."

After this application was withdrawn unconditionally, the Applicant has again preferred this application for the same relief. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant again wanted to argue the matter. The Applicant had earlier approached this Court. The arguments were fully advanced and the application was withdrawn unconditionally. The present application is not maintainable. The statements made before the Court have sanctity. I am not inclined to entertain this application. It is disposed of accordingly.
