The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to delete respondent No.8. Accordingly, Respondent No.8 is allowed to be deleted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

The Civil Application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent No.6. As per the office noting, Respondent Nos.6A to 6D are served. However, none appears for the respondent Nos.6A to 6D. 3.

In view of this, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendments be carried out within two weeks and the copies of the amened appeal be furnished to the other side including the added respondents.
