This is an application for bail in connection with C.R.No.1235 of 2020, registered with Samta Ngar Police Station, for the ofence punishable under Sections 307 and 341 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The applicant was arrested on 11th October, 2020.

The case of the prosecution is that there was dispute between the husband and wife. Applicant appears to be friend of the wife of complainant. At the instance of complainant's wife, the applicant intervened and assaulted the complainant with wooden plank which has resulted in three injuries. Applicant is in custody for substantial period of time. There are no criminal antecedents

rpa 2/2 38 ba 821 2021.doc against him. Investigation is completed and charge-sheet is fled. Further custody of the applicant is not necessary. Bail can be granted on certain conditions.

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Bail Application No.821 of 2021, is allowed;

(ii) Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.1235 of 2020, registered with Samta Ngar Police Station, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Applicant shall report the concerned police station once in three months on frst Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., till further orders;

(iv) Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence;

(v) Bail Application No.821 of 2021, stands disposed of accordingly.
