Perused the affidavit-in-reply of Shri Tushar Eknath Thombre, the Deputy Collector (Resettlement), Pune. To the said reply, a copy of the order dated 3rd November 2014 has been annexed which shows that the Application made by the Petitioners has been rejected for the reasons recorded therein. Though belatedly there is a substantial compliance with the order dated 23rd April 2010. Hence, no case is made out for initiating action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of. The notice issued to the Contemnors under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 is discharged.

It is obvious that if the Petitioners are aggrieved by the aforesaid order, it will be open for them to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
