The present Civil Application is taken out on behalf of the heirs of deceased- sole petitioner who is stated to have been died on 1st January, 2015. Hence I pass the following order:- (a) The applicants are permitted to be brought on record as in lieu of the original petitioner as petitioner nos.1A and 1B.
